Students Enrollments Report

Description 

The Students Enrollments Report will show any Enrollments a student has within the selected term. The selected term will be selected using the Enrollment Term filter. If this filter is not set, the results will by default be filtered to the current term. Also for that filter, only use the "is" filter option.

What a row represents 

A single row represents a single enrollment instance within the selected term. You will find one row per student course enrollment with the associated data - if a student is enrolled in five classes, you will see five lines for that particular student. For a student to be returned in the report, the student must be active in the term selected. If there are multiple meeting times that the student is enrolled in, those would also be separate rows.

To access the Midterm Grade Report, and the specific pre-built data filters, please select the Students Enrollments Report. After selecting the Students Enrollments Report hyperlink, you may be prompt to login to your Navigate account unless you are already signed into your account. If already signed in, you will be taken directly to the Alerts Report. Please save the Report to your account.

Please Note:  Remember to place a check mark next to Include My Students Only. Doing this will ensure you are pulling information on your assigned students only.
